How did I achieve this for a

local-based e-commerce business ​through Facebook Advertising?

About the client

Poli Prints is a local e-Commerce business specializing in unique, eye-catching wall decorations.


They offer a variety of products, including 2D lighted posters, light boxes, canvas prints, wall stickers, and the like, where the prices range from Php 1500 to Php 6000 and above.


They have been doing Facebook advertising before. However, the page got hacked, and they had no choice but to create a new Facebook page.


It's on the new page where I helped them gain sales and widen their reach through my Facebook advertising strategies.

  • Run awareness campaign as broad audience with 100php budget.
  • Run engagement campaign page likes directly to the right audience with 100php campaign.

PROBLEM #2: 0 to minimal sales. Not hitting their conversion goals.

What did I do?

  • Build 3 types of campaigns. One for Awareness. Another for Consideration (for ​audiences who've already interacted with the brand). And a third one for Retargeting.


PROBLEM #3: They had poorly written ad copy.

WHAT DID I DO?

  • Revise the ad copy using what we know are best practices.
  • Write the ad copy based on the buyer's journey and the type of campaign.
  • Hit the desire and problems of the target audience to convince them to ​purchase.

From struggling to ​exit the “learning ​phase” to achieving ​successful campaign ​and conversions

About the client

Holistic Health Labs is an international e-Commerce business ​specializing in health supplements.


They offer a variety of products, including Vision Alive Max for Eye ​Supplements, Gut Alive for Heartburn or Digestive Problems, and ​Uri Alive for Urinary Tract Infections their target audience only is ​ranging from 50 years old and above where prices range from ​$40usd per bottle to $180usd and above.


They have been doing Facebook Advertising since 2020 and they ​have their own website to track the important KPIs which is ​connected to Ads Manager. However, I noticed they are having a ​hard time with a campaign exiting the learning phase.

  • Used relevant creatives that will resonate to our target audiences.
  • Research buyer personas that will afford our product.

ROAS: Cant total since we have different KPI tracker where you can ​see if the campaign is already profitable or just losing a money.

PROBLEM #2: Prolonged Learning Phase

  • When I started to this client, I notice that they dont have a successful campaign ​exiting the learning phase to hit the target 50 purchase tho all the audience that ​they are targetting they are usually getting some conversion but only for few days. ​Knowing our target audience is only for 50-65 years old and above and we know ​that not all people at that age are using social media.


WHAT DID I DO?

  • I did intense market research.
  • Gathered enough data to help the ad algorithm understand your audience better, ​thereby exiting the learning phase.
  • I tested it to different type of audience but again I always chose a creative that will ​speak direct to out target audience and resonate to them.

PROBLEM #3: Audience Targeting

  • Again, our target audience aged 50-65 yrs old only.


WHAT DID I DO?

  • Refined and optimized our audience targeting.
  • Intense market research, buyer personas etc.
  • Focusing on more relevant demographics, and utilizing detailed targeting ​options to reach the most likely affordable buyers.
  • Hit the desire and problems of the target audience to convince them to ​purchase.
